									<h5>Unsere Hybrid Leadership Journey bot dabei den Führungskräften in insgesamt <strong>7 Modulen</strong> Impulse, Inspiration und praktisches Training – von der <strong>Rolle der Führung</strong>, über die <strong>Moderation</strong>, <strong>Koordination</strong> und <strong>Kommunikation</strong> im hybriden Raum, bis hin zum kollegialen Austausch.
<br>Mit 3 Pflichtmodulen sowie 4 freiwilligen Modulen –
den Lernsprints – bot dabei die Journey
unterschiedliche Intensitäten.

<br><br>Ein <strong>Führungsfeedback</strong>, das im Rahmen der Journey von den Mitarbeiter:innen und Mitarbeitern eingeholt wurde, sorgte zusätzlich dafür, dass Verbesserungs- und Enntwicklungspotentiale zielgerichtet angegangen werden konnten.

<br><br>Diese schaffen als Wegweiser und Rahmenwerk ein <strong>einheitliches Verständnis</strong>, geben <strong>Orientierung</strong> und versorgen Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte mit <strong>Impulsen</strong> und <strong>praktischen Methoden</strong> rund um neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit und Führung.
